  This is a company that a million percent caters to their donors and in a disgusting way. Their top donor essentially has all the say on who gets brought back. Basically if this donor does not like you, you are fucked and treated differently, as this donor picks favorites and those favorites get special opportunities over artists that are not. It does not matter how good of a singer you are and how much experience you have. The artistic and executive staff all bow to this person, even if the staff are a fan of you. If the donor does not like you, you will most likely not be hired back. It is disheartening and unfair to see a company function in this way, as I have never worked with or seen a company cater entirely to their donors and not find a balance with executive staff. Please proceed with utmost caution.
