The 2026/27 Season will mark the 19th season of the Baumgartner Studio Artist program which bridges the gap for artists between academia and professional careers. The program is a stepping stone for singers/actors before working with major opera houses. The nine-month residency consists of a soprano, mezzo-soprano, tenor, baritone (or bass-baritone), and pianist. Artists typically have completed their graduate studies, and are looking to expand their artistry and repertoire. Artists may be invited to return for a second season of this residency on a case by case basis.
