About

An intensive vocal training program held during the Salzburg Festival. Participants receive masterclasses in song interpretation, language coaching, and repertoire work alongside Festival artists. The residency culminates in a final concert with the Mozarteum Orchestra Salzburg. All participants receive a full scholarship including an honorarium, travel allowance, and accommodation, funded by the Kühne Foundation. Approximately 14-15 singers are selected from around 800 applicants.
